What Tare is

Tare estimates body composition from photos using validated anthropometric methods and visual AI. It is an informational and fitness-tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnostic, treatment, or therapeutic advice. Consult a licensed health professional for medical guidance.

Subscriptions

Tare offers weekly, annual, and lifetime plans through Apple's App Store. Annual plans include a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, via your Apple ID account settings. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) use Tare in connection with images of anyone who has not consented, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service, (c) use Tare if you are under 13 years old.

Liability

Tare is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for Tare in the prior twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged in-app at least 14 days before taking effect.
